Founded by Ega Windratno and Ramona Walewangko, Watershed Legal Solutions opened its doors in October 2022 with the main vision of assisting people and companies in their landmark moments.
Whether it’s a problem that you need to overcome, or a goal that you want to achieve, making decisions is never that simple. We aim to assist you in making those decisions easier from the legal perspective, minimizing risks and maximizing potential gain.

Our Team
Ramona Walewangko
Co-Founder & Advisor
Ramona’s main focus is corporate matters, although she has been involved in many dispute settlements at the pre-litigation stage.
One of the major highlights in her career is leading the local counsel team for the issuance of the Indonesian Government’s sovereign sukuk in September 2013 (SNI-19) with the then-existing ijarah sale and lease back structure, and in September 2014 (SNI-24), which saw the first wakalah structure, as well as the issuance of USD 4 billion conventional global bonds in January 2015 (RI0125 and RI0145).
She is also highly experienced in international contracts and employment issues. She has been a lecturer at Binus University International and Swiss German University, and is currently still serving as a Director of Legal and HR at a Japanese company in Indonesia.
Ega Windratno

Ega focuses his practice in litigation, but is heavily exposed to various corporate matters.
His experience in dispute resolutions extends across various industries and involves varying stages, including out-of-court settlements, court trials, court appeals, arbitration and other quasi-judicial institutions.
Major highlights in his career include several successes in obtaining the cancellation of arbitration awards.
Ega graduated from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia with a bachelor of law (S.H.), and is member of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi), and Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI).

Workers May Face 25% Wage Cut
The Indonesian Manpower Minister recently issued Ministerial Regulation No. 5 of 2023. This Regulation means that companies that meet the criteria of being “labor-intensive” and “export-oriented” and that have or are facing reduced business activities due to global economic changes can reduce work hours, as well as decrease up to 25% of wages for the next 6 months (until September 2023).
